Chef Vanshika Bhatia
Vanshika Bhatia’s idea for food takes shape from local produce, with emphasis on zero wastage and community style food that is presented with the most progressive and contemporary French cooking techniques.
After training formally in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012, Chef Vanshika Bhatia went on to work with world-renowned brands like JW Marriott (Mumbai), Noma (Copenhagen), Junoon (Dubai) and Gaggan in Bangkok. At these places, she worked on Rustic Italian Cuisine, Nordic Cuisine, and modern and progressive Indian cuisine, before returning to explore Indian fusion and world cuisine at establishments like Olive Bar and Kitchen and Ek Bar (both in New Delhi) in India.
The founder and head chef at Together at 12th (Le Meridien, Gurgaon) makes use of her experiences of working in restaurants across the world and her formal training in French cuisine to offer unmatched dining experiences. She regularly conducts workshops to promote healthy carbs and the use of local produce.
