12 years ago, Delhi was hardly familiar with Thai curries and exotic spices. Sirattiya, the Fine Arts graduate left her country for love and decided to make India her home. Living in East Delhi, she constantly found herself longing for her home food and so between her everyday job, she started her culinary journey in a small kitchen where she kept experimenting with local vegetables and herbs in order to create the tastes of her homeland. Living in NCR, she keeps creating authentic Thai tastes and always looks out for alternative Indian ingredients.
