Chef Rishi Agarwal is the Founder and CEO of Ayusla Café, Cuttack. Ayusla Café caters the healthiness using food as an element of healthcare, formulating recipes following the principles of Ayurveda and Nutritional Science, to add functionality to each of the dishes.

Chef Rishi is the developer of Ayurveda Informatics:"Ayurveda Informatics- A Data Analytics Platform for Nutraceuticals, Recipes and Herbal Formulations" He is an alumni of IIT Guwahati and an entrepreneur using Ayurveda in F&B, and a Molecular Cuisine Innovator.

He has worked as a Social Innovator under the Social Innovation Immersion Program, funded by BIRAC, Department of Biotechnology, Government of India to fulfill the objective of improving the quality of life of geriatric population.
