With 13 years of experience, Chef Metrani is well-versed with world foods and deals in both fine dining and specialty banqueting operations as the Executive Chef at Hotel Fairmont, Jaipur. An alumnus of IHM, Hyderabad, he believes in sharing his knowledge with aspiring chefs.
Chef Metrani has worked with the Taj Group of Hotels; Seabourn Cruise liners, Nassau USA; Leela Palace Hotels, Westin; Starwood Hotels and the Grand Hyatt, Goa. Chef Metrani has received accolades for his unorthodox pioneers and has also featured in lifestyle magazines. Apart from that, he has also worked with the finest of Indian and expat chefs like Hemant Oberoi, Ananda Solomon, among others.
