From holding the Executive Chef position at ITC Rajputana to loving food since childhood, Chef Parul Kapoor has grown up around exclusive culinary experiences. With over 18 years of experience with India's leading luxury hospitality company, she leads the kitchen operations of ITC Rajputana, Jaipur with so much proud and responsibilities.
Hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, Chef Parul completed her studies from Academy of Culinary Education, Goa. Started her career with ITC in the year 2000 and got selected for HMI where she worked closely with the ITC Maurya, New Delhi kitchen team and trained under Chef Madhu Krishnan.
Always keen to discover new flavours and experiences Chef Parul has spent her valuable time cooking across different cities in India and now has developed unique flavours of incredible Rajasthani culinary culture. Chef Parul’s philosophy focuses on keeping dishes authentic and letting the ingredients tell the story. When not in the kitchen she loves to paint.
