Chef Jyoti Vishnani
An Indian chef passionate about regional cuisine, Jyoti Vishnani inherits her love for food and culinary knowledge from her family. Following her heart by ditching a corporate career in favour of the culinary industry, Chef Jyoti has created a name for herself in the field in a very short span of time.
The leap of faith she took brought its rewards — Chef Jyoti is known in the industry as a food consultant for menu planning and catering, and helps set up restaurant menus across India. A Sindhi by birth, Chef Jyoti is also passionate about Sindhi cuisine.
Chef Jyoti became a popular face as a Master Chef India Season 4 contestant. Some of her notable projects include content creation for the ‘GotoChef’ app and promotion of Sindhi cuisine by curating food pop-up at Punjab Grill. She has also worked at Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor in Doha, POH by Chef Vikramjit Roy and has assisted Michelin Star Chef Vikas Khanna in several projects.
